This page explains how to include the yourmuze.com web player on your own web page.
Download this zip file. The zip file contains all players as shown in the picture above.
Note: you are entirely free to change the look of the player. Change for example the color or size of the bg.png file. Some knowledge of HTML and CSS is required.
Configuring the Player & Streams
Step 1: In order to get the player to work you need 2 streams:
1 aacPlus stream & 1 Vorbis stream. You can order these codecs in the control panel.
Choose a name for your output. For example “player”. In the aacPlus output name enter: player. In the Vorbis output name field enter: player-vorbis. :
Step 2: Open the index.html file in the folder of the downloaded player in a text editor (notepad, textedit). And search for the line containing [YOURSTATIONLOGIN]
Change [YOURSTATIONLOGIN] into your own station login. Change “h” into the output name, in this case ‘player’. When you want the player to play automatically when someone visits your website change ‘false’ into ‘true’. Your index.html file will look like this:
The station login can be found in the control panel:
Step 2 A: Some browsers do not support the Yourmuze player. In this case the player will not show up and your listeners will be presented alternative ways to listen to your station. You can configure the alternative URLs in the index.html file of the player.
Save the index.html file.
Step 4: Create the following HTML code on your website to embed the player:
<iframe src=”/player/index.html” width=”200″ height=”100″ scrolling=”no” frameborder=”0″></iframe>
When the player is not displayed correctly, change the width=”200” height=”100” untill the player displays correctly.
